Loudermilk Bell, LLC announced today it has acquired the31,208-square-foot office building at 532 East Paces Ferry Road which serves asthe corporate headquarters and Buckhead sales office for Buckhead-based HarryNorman Realtors.

As part of the purchasetransaction, the price of which was undisclosed, Loudermilk Bell has extendedthe lease term to 10 years for Harry Norman Realtors, which occupies the entirebuilding.

For Loudermilk Bell,this acquisition comes on the heels of the recent announcement of plans for newoffice/retail development along East Paces Ferry Road, as well as otherdevelopments on strategic sites in the Buckhead Village area. 
Loudermilk Bell isplanning development on five key sites in the Buckhead Village market that arezoned for 1.4 million square feet of mixed-use space, and complementary to thenew Buckhead Atlanta project being developed by OliverMcMillan.
