Post2 at-large Atlanta City Councilman Aaron Watson has joined Barnes &Thornburg LLP as an attorney inits Governmental Services & Finance Department.

Watsonhas has been chair of the city’s Zoning Committee and a member of the FinanceExecutive and City Utilities Committees since being elected to council in 2009.
Hehas practiced law in Atlanta for nearly 30 years, most recently with his ownfirm. Prior to that, he was a corporate and business law attorney with Minkin& Snyder (now Greenberg Traurig); Trotter Smith & Jacobs; and ArnallGolden Gregory.
